You no longer jump between screens to answer who is off, how pay is calculated, or which shifts conflict.

See overlapping absences

Before approving an absence you want to know who else is away. The modal shows an overlap view with all other absences in the selected period, as a clear timeline. Spot staffing gaps before you approve.

Everything important at a glance

The new summary on the right shows what you are entering live: absence type, period, remaining leave and the pay method. For paid leave you see available days, days needed and what remains.

Configure pay more easily

Four clear options. Manual, 13-week average, Schedule or Pay rule, each with a plain explanation. Pick paid days on a day grid and see the result immediately.

Manage shifts automatically

If employees are scheduled during an absence, the modal shows those conflicts and lets you remove all affected shifts at once. For half-days, only shifts within the absence window are shown.

Plan half-days flexibly

Absences do not always cover full days. With half-day settings you define from or until when the absence applies on the first and last day.
