Multi-day checklists for better task planning

Checklists are part of daily operations — cleaning plans, weekly tasks or monthly checks often span several days.

Previously checklists in Ordio could only cover one day. Multi-day work had to be split or patched with workarounds. That changes now.

Plan checklists across days

Pick a date range with start and end dates. The checklist appears on each day in that range until completed. Click the start day, then the end day — the range is highlighted visually.

Recurring multi-day checklists

  • Weekly — e.g. every Monday to Friday
  • Monthly — e.g. every 1st to 15th
  • Yearly — e.g. every 28 December to 5 January

Ordio suggests valid recurrence cycles for your range.

What this means for you

Recurring multi-day tasks can now mirror how work actually happens — no more splitting into single days.
