Events & trade fairs
Events & trade fairs – Growing together
From intimate evenings to major trade fairs—we meet customers, exchange ideas and work together to simplify everyday work in shift-driven operations.
Trade fairs
Where we meet the industry
We show up at leading hospitality and hotel trade fairs to talk with operators—from INTERNORGA in Hamburg to INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart. On the ground it’s about smarter operations, dependable processes and real relief in shift-based work.
INTERNORGA 2026
INTERNORGA 2026
INTERNORGA in Hamburg brings together out-of-home foodservice, hotels and communal catering where new concepts meet smarter day-to-day operations. Ordio uses the fair for direct conversations with teams: less slide-deck pitch, more open workshop—rostering and time tracking shown the way they behave in real service.
The focus is staffing cadence, dependable processes and real relief for teams—topics that matter long after the halls close. What we learn from operators feeds directly into how we build the product.

INTERGASTRA 2026
INTERGASTRA 2026
INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart is one of the core trade fairs for hospitality and hotels—a place where operators compare tools that have to survive real service pressure. Ordio is there to talk through concrete workflows: planning, time, compliance—without a veneer of marketing slides.
On the ground the conversation is labour shortages, complex working-time rules and lean processes that do not add overhead for teams. Those signals from the field inform how we prioritise product work.

Supper Club
What is the Supper Club?
The Supper Club is our format for bringing operators and industry partners together—real exchange, fresh perspectives and how we can improve day-to-day hospitality work together.
Every evening is different—sometimes product updates, sometimes the future of the industry, sometimes simply great food and conversation. What stays constant is the exchange and our shared vision of a more digital, yet more human, hospitality.
Alte Tankstelle, Nippes
Alte Tankstelle, Nippes
Our first Supper Club took place at the converted Alte Tankstelle in Cologne-Nippes—an evening of great food, honest conversation and what really matters: real encounters between people who love hospitality.
Between courses we introduced our AI agent and discussed how technology can genuinely simplify everyday work. Operators’ feedback on daily challenges flows straight into product development.

Heilandt roastery
For our second Supper Club we chose Heilandt roastery—a place that stands for quality and craft. The evening was all about exchange: we presented new product updates shaped by insights from the first Supper Club.
Conversations centred on the future of hospitality—how to digitise together without losing craft. New ideas and partnerships emerged from the discussions.

Frequently asked questions about events & trade fairs
What is the “Events & trade shows” page for?
Here we collect recaps and impressions from community formats—from the Supper Club to trade fairs such as INTERNORGA or INTERGASTRA. It is about meeting people, swapping ideas and live demos—not contracts or ticket-style support. For product and pricing, start with pricing and the relevant feature pages.
What is the Ordio Supper Club?
The Supper Club is our invite-only evening for hospitality operators and partners: good food, honest conversation and concrete angles on digitalization, workforce planning and shift operations. Events stay small and curated; themes and dates vary. On this page you find recaps of past evenings; participation is by invitation or via your usual Ordio contacts.
Is INTERGASTRA held in Hamburg?
No. INTERGASTRA is a hospitality and hotel trade fair held in Stuttgart. Hamburg hosts INTERNORGA—a major gathering for out-of-home foodservice and related sectors. Our write-ups note date and location so you can see where we exhibited and what you could experience.
What happens at the Ordio booth?
At the booth we focus on short, practical glimpses: how rostering, time tracking and HR workflows fit together in Ordio—often with a live demo and space for everyday questions. This does not replace bespoke consulting, but you get a clear sense whether Ordio fits your operation.
Is this the same as the Ordio product “Events”?
No. This page covers our public and community appearances (Supper Club, fairs). Ordio Events is a separate product line for venues running large temporary events and surge staffing—with rostering and time tracking tuned to those scenarios. There is no dedicated public marketing URL for every packaging; book a personal product walkthrough and we map the right modules to your case.
How can I see Ordio in person or in a demo?
Easiest route: a personal product session—under book a walkthrough / waitlist you schedule time with our team. That clarifies which modules (e.g. rostering, time tracking, payroll) matter for you—whether or not you saw us at a fair first.
Will upcoming fairs or Supper Clubs be announced here?
When we have public dates, we extend this page with new sections for fairs or community formats. For shorter updates, also check our Insights area (German site) and Ordio’s usual channels—so this overview stays traceable and current.
Can I join the Supper Club as an operator?
Supper Clubs stay deliberately small so conversation stays focused. If you would like to attend, reach out via Ordio contact, a fair meeting or your existing Ordio contact. We cannot guarantee seats from this FAQ alone—but we welcome interest and follow up when it fits.
