## Layout Recommendations

- **Single column:** Default for most blocks
- **grid-2:** Two side-by-side cards (e.g. Vorlage vs. Software)
- **grid-3:** Three sub-cards (e.g. ArbZG, Minijob, Branchen)

## Readability

- **Paragraph length:** 40–80 words; one idea per paragraph
- **H3 subheadings:** Use when block has 4+ paragraphs or grouped list items

## Word Count Target

- **Total:** From competitive-depth-analysis.md (target); fallback 1,000–1,500.
- **Per block:** ceil(target / block_count). Example: target 2,100, 6 blocks → ~300–400 words/block. Minimum 50 words/block.
- **Answer-first:** 40–60 word direct answer below each H2.
- **PAA questions to address in block:** (list which PAA each block answers)
- **Competitor H2s to cover:** (from competitor-analysis.json – ensure each block covers relevant competitor topics)

## Content-Driven Design

- **Design structure from content needs** – avoid rigid 5-block pattern
- **Vary between templates:** dienstplan ≠ schichtplan (different lead angles)
- **Reference:** Tools pages (e.g. `tools_einkommensteuer_rechner.php`) for rich card design: icons, H3s, grid layouts
