# LLMS audit and refresh — April 2026

**Date:** 2026-04-04  
**Scope:** `html/llms.txt`, `html/llms-full.txt`, validators, SSOT JSON, and related docs.

## Summary

- **Funktionen:** Header **„7 Produkte“** durch **10 Funktionsseiten (Nav „Funktionen“, inkl. App Store) + Preise** ersetzt. *(Nachzug 2026-04: `/warenbestellung` wieder entfernt — Legacy-URL, 301 → `/`.)*
- **Terminologie:** „Branchen-Guides“ → **Branchenseiten** (Quality Signals / Content Types).
- **Social proof:** OMR auf **4,9/5** und **56 Reviews** an `v2/data/testimonials/testimonials-database.json` und Kundenseite ausgerichtet; **Google Reviews / 95 % Weiterempfehlung** entfernt (keine SSOT im Repo).
- **Blog-Hub:** Widerspruch „422 Artikel“ vs. „195 …“ bereinigt (explizit 46 / 368 / 8).
- **Vorlagen / Downloads:** falsche „2 Vorlagen“-Angabe korrigiert; Download-Zähler vereinheitlicht (**6** inkl. Zeiterfassung-PDF im Essentials-Block); doppelte **Stundennachweis** / **Zeiterfassung-Vorlage**-Zeilen entfernt; **Wochenplan Premium**-Titel an URL angeglichen.
- **Produkt-Updates:** Monatsseiten **März/Februar 2026** und neue Feature-URLs (u. a. `working-times-label`, `nano-actions`, `payroll-plus-bescheinigungen`) ergänzt; Novi-Beschreibung von englischem Noise bereinigt.
- **Validierung:** `v2/scripts/llms/llms-product-urls.json` + `validate-llms-metadata.py --products` (in `--report`); `validate-llms-content.py`: falsches **GUIDE**-Tag für Lexikon-URL `sonderurlaub-umzug` → **LEXIKON**.
- **URLs:** `validate-llms-urls.py --file llms.txt`: 151/152 OK, ein Timeout (SSL) auf einer bestehenden Inside-Ordio-URL — bei Bedarf wiederholen. *(Nach Entfernung von `/warenbestellung` aus LLMS: Footer-Ziel **~151** URLs.)*
- **URLs (llms-full):** `validate-llms-urls.py --file llms-full.txt` (2026-04-04): **582** unique URLs; **555** OK; **27** flagged (mix of **SSL handshake timeouts** and **HTTP 404**). Die **404** betrafen u. a. neue Lexikon-Slugs (`40-stunden-woche`, `48-stunden-woche`, `arbeitszeitflexibilisierung`, `datev`, `gefahrenzulage`), die im Repo als JSON existierten, auf **[www.ordio.com](http://www.ordio.com)** zum Prüfzeitpunkt aber noch nicht erreichbar waren (Redirect auf `/…/` endet mit 404). Header-Zähler **368 / 422** absichtlich an JSON-SSOT gekoppelt (`validate-llms-metadata.py`), nicht an vorübergehende Prod-Lücken. *(Nach Entfernung von `/warenbestellung`: Footer-Ziel **~581** URLs.)*

## Counts (2026-04-04)

- **llms.txt:** ~151 unique `https://www.ordio.com…` URLs (nach Retired `/warenbestellung`).
- **llms-full.txt:** ~581 unique URLs (nach Retired `/warenbestellung`).
