## SERP Analysis

- **SISTRIX:** Keyword research for EN, NL, FR (shift planning, time tracking, workforce management)
- **Serper MCP:** Real Google SERPs for target-language queries
- **Web Search MCP:** General research (free alternative)
- **Frequency:** Quarterly for active markets; before launching new locale

## Backlinks

- Build backlinks in target markets (UK, NL, FR)
- Partner with local HR/industry publications
- Consider local PR and guest posts

## Paid Campaigns

- **If budget allows:** Drive waitlist signups in pre-launch markets
- **Attribution:** Use HubSpot `country` and `source__c` for waitlist filtering
- **Channels:** Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn for B2B

## Waitlist Monitoring

- **HubSpot:** Filter contacts by `description` containing "Waitlist" or create custom property `waitlist_country__c`
- **Dashboard:** Track waitlist signups by country/language for prioritization
- **Decision input:** Product team uses waitlist distribution to decide expansion order

## Validation Steps

1. Run `fetch-international-traffic-data.php` quarterly
2. Export waitlist contacts from HubSpot by country
3. Compare waitlist growth vs. traffic by market
