- **Avoid:** Machine translation alone (Google may suppress thin auto-translated content)

### 2. Market-Specific Net-New Content

- **Per market:** 10–15 net-new posts
- **Keyword research:** Run SISTRIX/Serper for target-language keywords (shift planning, time tracking, workforce management)
- **Topics:** Local labor law, compliance, market-specific use cases

### 3. Tools & Templates

- **Lower priority** initially; many are Germany-specific (Arbeitszeitgesetz, Minijob, Elterngeld)
- **EN focus:** Generic tools first (ROI calculator, work hours calculator)
- **Defer:** Country-specific calculators until product supports that market

### 4. Comparison Pages

- **Defer or partially localize** – competitor set differs by market
