# New Features Analysis: Helpdesk Content Review

This document analyzes helpdesk content to identify any new features or functionalities that are not yet documented in product feature documentation.

## Analysis Summary

**Status:** ✅ No new standalone features identified

**Finding:** All helpdesk content maps to existing product features. The helpdesk contains detailed workflows, configurations, and use cases for existing features, but no new standalone features were identified.

## Methodology

1. **Category Mapping Review:** Reviewed all 14 helpdesk categories against existing product features
2. **Article Content Analysis:** Analyzed article titles and content for new feature mentions
3. **Feature Inventory Comparison:** Compared helpdesk content with `PRODUCT_FEATURES_INVENTORY.md`
4. **Gap Analysis Review:** Reviewed gap analysis for feature-level gaps (not just workflow gaps)
