## Overview

Comprehensive analysis and targeted improvements to the ratgeber post "Teambuilding – Definition, Aktivitäten & Tipps für Teamwork". This was a patchwork rework addressing excerpt errors, typos, wrong internal links, and secondary keywords cleanup.

## Changes Implemented

### 1. Excerpt Fix (Critical)
- **Issue:** Excerpt contained wrong copy-paste: "Ordio - mehr Zeit für's Wesentliche Alles in einem Tool: Schichtplanung, Zeiterfassung, Checklisten .."
- **Fix:** Replaced with meta-aligned description: "Stärke dein Team mit gezielten Teambuilding-Aktivitäten. Ideen für Motivation, Vertrauen, Kommunikation und ein besseres Miteinander im Betriebsalltag."
- **Impact:** Correct meta for search snippets, schema, Open Graph; excerpt now matches meta.description

### 2. Typos Fixed
- **Teombuilding → Teambuilding:** Corrected in heading "Wie oft sollten Teambuilding-Maßnahmen durchgeführt werden?" and all content.text references
- **Dont's → Don'ts:** Corrected in intro paragraph and h3 heading (4 occurrences; used smart apostrophe U+2019)
- **Impact:** Proper spelling and grammar throughout

### 3. Wrong Internal Link Removed
- **Issue:** "Pflege" in "kontinuierliche Pflege der Teamdynamik" was linked to `/branchen/gesundheitswesen`. Here "Pflege" means care/nurturing of team dynamics, not the healthcare sector.
- **Fix:** Removed the link; "Pflege" is now plain text
- **Impact:** No misleading keyword-based links; contextually correct

### 4. internal_links Array Updated
- **Issue:** internal_links had 2 entries (Kulturpflege, Pflege) both pointing to `/branchen/gesundheitswesen` – neither was correct for this content
- **Fix:** Set `internal_links` to `[]` – content has no appropriate internal links after removal
- **Impact:** Per PATCHWORK_REWORK_CHECKLIST – internal_links must match content.html

### 5. secondary_keywords Cleanup
- **Issue:** Duplicate "teambuilding" in secondary_keywords (already primary keyword)
- **Fix:** Removed "teambuilding" from secondary_keywords in both top-level and extraction schema
- **Impact:** No redundant primary/secondary overlap

### 6. modified_date
- **Fix:** Updated to `2026-02-11T12:00:00+00:00` to reflect rework date

## Validation Performed

- JSON syntax validated
- Blog backup created (`docs/backups/blog-snapshots/2026-02-11-131105`)
- Web research: Teambuilding best practices – one activity per quarter is common guideline; regular smaller activities recommended
- Content structure: 14 FAQs intact; no canonical URL issues
