- **Personaleinsatzplanung:** Operativ, kurzfristig – konkretes Zuordnen von Mitarbeitern auf Schichten/Arbeitsplätze
- **Personalplanung:** Strategisch, langfristig – quantitativer/qualitativer Personalbedarf
