# Rework Summary: Vertrauensarbeitszeit

## Overview

Comprehensive analysis and targeted improvements to the lexikon post "Vertrauensarbeitszeit – Definition, Vorteile & Rechtliches". This was a patchwork rework addressing excerpt errors, canonical URLs, `data-mil` removal, internal links reconciliation, and meta alignment.

## Changes Implemented

### 1. Excerpt Fix (Critical)
- **Issue:** Excerpt contained wrong copy-paste: "Ordio - mehr Zeit für's Wesentliche Alles in einem Tool: Schichtplanung, Zeiterfassung, Checklisten .."
- **Fix:** Replaced with meta-aligned description: "Was Vertrauensarbeitszeit bedeutet und wie sie funktioniert. Tipps für die Einführung einer zeiterfassungsfreien Arbeitsweise basierend auf Vertrauen."
- **Impact:** Correct meta for search snippets, schema, Open Graph; excerpt now matches meta.description

### 2. Canonical URLs (Full URLs → Relative)
- **Issue:** Content used full `https://www.ordio.com/...` URLs for internal links (arbeitsorganisation, arbeitsstunden-pro-monat)
- **Fix:** Changed to canonical relative paths: `/insights/lexikon/arbeitsorganisation/`, `/insights/ratgeber/arbeitsstunden-pro-monat/`
- **Impact:** Per CANONICAL_URLS_AND_LINKING.md – use relative/canonical URLs only

### 3. data-mil Removal
- **Issue:** Links to Arbeitszeitmodell, Arbeitszeit, Schichten had `data-mil="1070"` attribute
- **Fix:** Removed `data-mil` from all three links
- **Impact:** Cleaner markup; attribute no longer needed

### 4. internal_links Array Updated
- **Issue:** internal_links had 13 phantom entries (Zeiterfassung, Arbeitszeitkonto, Gastronomie, Gesundheitswesen, Dienstplan Vorlage, Arbeitszeitrechner, etc.) – none present in content
- **Fix:** Replaced with 6 content links that actually exist in content.html:
  - Arbeitszeitmodell → /insights/lexikon/arbeitszeitmodelle/
  - Arbeitszeit → /insights/lexikon/arbeitszeiterfassungsgesetz/
  - Aufgaben → /insights/lexikon/arbeitsorganisation/
  - Arbeitsstunden → /insights/ratgeber/arbeitsstunden-pro-monat/
  - Arbeitszeiterfassung → /insights/zeiterfassung
  - Schichten → /insights/lexikon/schichtmodelle/
- **Impact:** Per PATCHWORK_REWORK_CHECKLIST – internal_links must match content.html

### 5. modified_date
- **Fix:** Updated to current date to reflect rework

## Validation Performed

- JSON syntax validated
- Blog backup created (`docs/backups/blog-snapshots/2026-02-11-132848`)
- Web research: BAG 2022 Zeiterfassungspflicht; Vertrauensarbeitszeit remains allowed when combined with Erfassungspflicht
- FAQ "Ist Vertrauensarbeitszeit noch erlaubt?" verified as accurate

## Web Research Findings

- **BAG 2022:** Pflicht zur Arbeitszeiterfassung für alle Arbeitgeber
- **Vertrauensarbeitszeit:** Erlaubt, aber Zeiterfassung bleibt Pflicht (Beginn, Ende, Dauer, Überstunden)
- **Content accuracy:** Existing FAQ and main content correctly reflect BAG 2022 and Zeiterfassungspflicht

## Not Changed (Intentional)

- **primary_keyword / secondary_keywords:** Kept "vertrauensarbeitszeit" and relevant secondaries (vertrauensarbeitszeit nachteile, home office, betriebsvereinbarung muster)
- **FAQs:** Structure and content unchanged; 10 FAQs verified as accurate
- **content.text:** No "Arbeitszeitmodell ," typo found in current content; no change needed
- **Clusters:** primary: vertrauensarbeitszeit, secondary: compliance – kept as-is
