# CREATION_NOTES: Personalkennzahlen

## Workflow Summary

Created new lexikon post "Personalkennzahlen" following the comprehensive blog post creation workflow. Completed all phases: scaffolding, data collection, SERP analysis, content creation, validation, image generation, linking, and lead capture setup.

## Key Challenges & Solutions

### Challenge 1: PAA Questions Filtering

**Problem:** PAA questions from SISTRIX included many off-topic questions related to gerontology/geriatrics (13/25) and PPUGV (Personenpflege- und Unterstützungsgesetz), which are not relevant to HR metrics.

**Solution:** Filtered out off-topic questions during FAQ generation. Only 12 HR-relevant PAA questions were used for content coverage. This is documented in SERP_ANALYSIS.md with rationale.

**Impact:** All 15 FAQs are relevant and cover key HR-relevant PAA questions. Content focuses on HR metrics, not unrelated topics.

### Challenge 2: Content Depth vs Competitor Structure

**Problem:** Top competitor has 21 H2s (many are navigation/structural), while our target was 10 H2s. Competitor's structure includes many thin sections.

**Solution:** Focused on comprehensive depth per section rather than matching competitor's structure. Each H2 section has substantial content (2+ paragraphs or 1 paragraph + list/table). Used H3s strategically for category breakdowns (5 H3s total).

**Impact:** Content achieves 2,806 words (94% of 3,000 target) with better depth per section than competitors. Quality over quantity approach.

### Challenge 3: Formula Presentation

**Problem:** Need to present 10+ formulas clearly without overwhelming readers.

**Solution:** Used `formula-block` divs for each formula with practical examples. Created comprehensive table showing all key metrics with formulas and meanings. This provides both quick reference (table) and detailed understanding (formula blocks).

**Impact:** Clear, scannable presentation of formulas. Table serves as quick reference, formula blocks provide detailed explanations.

## Image Generation

- **Scene Type:** ARCHITECTURAL (distinct from fluktuationsrate which uses DESK)
- **Concept:** Structured architectural element suggesting HR metrics framework – organized framework, systematic structure, geometric composition representing measurement categories
- **WebP Variants:** Created 640w, 1024w, 1280w variants
- **Post JSON:** Updated with featured_image metadata

## Validation Results

All validation scripts passed:
- ✅ `compare-content-to-competitors.php` - Content depth 94% of target (2,806/3,000 words)

- ✅ `validate-content-completeness.php` - Content complete (12/12 HR-relevant PAA covered; off-topic PAA intentionally excluded)
