## Scope

Skyscraper refresh for the lexikon post on **Personalentwicklung & Weiterbildung**: corrected primary keyword, full body rewrite, meta/SEO sync, curated related posts and peer carousels, FAQ pipeline, PAA manual curation for completeness checks, and strict validation.

## Delivered

- **Keywords:** Primary `personalentwicklung weiterbildung` (replacing erroneous GSC tail); secondaries aligned in post JSON and `target-keywords.json`; `KEYWORD_DECISION.md` retained in post docs.
- **Content:** ~4,642 words, 12 H2s, 4 H3s, tables and lists; `content-draft.html` applied via `update-post-content.php`; Teambuilding link corrected to `/insights/ratgeber/teambuilding/`. **Second content pass (same day):** split definition and Kirkpatrick blocks into shorter paragraphs; added H3s (Maßnahmen-Checkliste, on/near/off-the-job, Zeit/Freistellung, Schicht-Branchen); expanded documentation note (Personalakte, Aufbewahrung); inklusive Lernsettings; contextual lexikon/branchen links (betriebliche Weiterbildung, Auszubildende, Betriebsrat, Assessment Center, Bildungsurlaub, Abwesenheiten/Arbeitszeit, Gastronomie/Pflege/Einzelhandel, Event-/Kulturbranche → `/branchen/freizeit-kultur`).
- **Meta:** Title, excerpt, `meta.title` / `meta.description`, and `v2/data/blog/seo-meta.json` aligned with the new positioning.
- **Related posts:** `mitarbeitergespraech` URL fix; priority block reordered; `add-new-post-to-related-carousels.php --write` toward cluster peers (soft-skills, hard-skills, onboarding, fuehrungskraefteentwicklung, change-management updated).
- **Images:** Single featured entry in `images[]`; `featured_image.alt` aligned.
- **FAQs:** New `faq-questions.json` + `faq-answers-optimized.json` (10 items, du tone, 40–80 words, internal links budget); applied with `add-faqs-to-post.php --replace`.
- **PAA / completeness:** `paa-questions-manual.json` with 18 on-topic questions so `validate-content-completeness.php` reflects intentional coverage (full SERP PAA dump is not a publish gate for this article type).

## Tooling / validators

- **`validate-faq-topic-relevance.php`:** Slug-specific lexicon boost for `personalentwicklung-und-weiterbildung` so micro-intent FAQs are not false “off-topic” (same pattern class as Zuschlag / N-Stunden-Woche hubs).
- **`validate-content-flow.php`:** FAQ-in-body detection now inspects **H2/H3 inner HTML only**, fixing a false positive when “häufig …” and “Fragen” appear far apart in long body copy.

## Validation

- `make blog-post-validate-strict POST=personalentwicklung-und-weiterbildung CAT=lexikon` — **pass** after second content pass (SOFT keyword hints on draft/JSON; optional product-page links per `suggest-ordio-feature.php`).

## Follow-up (2026-04-04)

- **SERP meta:** `meta.title` shortened to **58** characters and `meta.description` to **149** (aligned in post JSON + `v2/data/blog/seo-meta.json`). On-page `title` (H1 source) set to **Personalentwicklung & Weiterbildung: Definition & Prozess**; `featured_image.alt` matches title + ` | Ordio`.
- **Browser QA (Docker `localhost:8003`):** Post returns **200**; document title matches new meta; FAQ block **Häufige Fragen zu Personalentwicklung & Weiterbildung** renders; HTML contains **FAQPage** JSON-LD and **Teambuilding** → `/insights/ratgeber/teambuilding/`.
- **Lead capture:** Pattern for this URL was already present in `lead_capture_copy.php`; script mappings for `personalentwicklung-und-weiterbildung` were added to `generate-lead-capture-copy.php` for future regenerations.

## Optional follow-ups (not blocking)

- Regenerate featured image if marketing wants a new visual for the updated title.
- Add Ordio product CTAs (`/abwesenheiten`, digitale Personalakte product path, etc.) only if editorially desired; lexikon link to `personalakte-inhalt` is already in body.
