## Workflow Summary

### Challenge 1: PAA Questions Quality - Manual Override Required

**Problem:** SISTRIX PAA questions were >90% off-topic (Personalentwicklung/Weiterbildungen instead of Personaldiagnostik). Automated PAA extraction returned questions about training and development, not assessment/evaluation.

**Solution:** Created manual `paa-questions-manual.json` with 15 HR-focused Personaldiagnostik questions based on competitor content analysis and research. Questions focus on assessment methods, instruments, criteria, and legal foundations.

**Impact:** All 15 FAQs are highly relevant and cover key Personaldiagnostik topics. Content addresses actual search intent, not unrelated training topics.

### Challenge 2: Content Depth vs Competitive Analysis

**Problem:** Competitive analysis showed average competitor word count of 916 words (max 2,244), but target was set at 1,500 words. Content needed to exceed average while maintaining quality.

**Solution:** Created comprehensive 2,723-word content with 11 H2 sections and 9 H3 subsections. Focused on depth per section (2+ paragraphs or 1 paragraph + list/table) rather than matching competitor's thin structure. Added unique value: comprehensive comparison table (Personaldiagnostik vs. Personalauswahl vs. Eignungsdiagnostik) and detailed costs section.

**Impact:** Content achieves 178% of competitive average (2,723 vs 916 avg) with superior depth. Exceeds target word count significantly while maintaining quality.

### Challenge 3: PAA Coverage - Costs Question

**Problem:** Validator flagged "Was kostet Personaldiagnostik?" as not covered initially, even though costs were mentioned in multiple places.

**Solution:** Added dedicated H3 section "Was kostet Personaldiagnostik?" with specific cost ranges (50–200€ for tests, 200–500€ for interviews, 500–2.000€ for Assessment Center, 1.000–5.000€ for external consultants). Included ROI context (50.000€ cost of mis-hires).

**Impact:** PAA coverage validator now passes (15/15 questions covered). Content provides actionable cost information for HR decision-making.

### Challenge 4: Meta Description Length

**Problem:** Initial meta description exceeded 165 characters (185 chars), risking SERP truncation.

**Solution:** Shortened description to 150 characters: "Personaldiagnostik: Definition, Methoden, Instrumente und Gütekriterien. Systematisches Verfahren zur Personalauswahl, -platzierung und -entwicklung."

**Impact:** Meta description optimized for SERP display (150 chars, within 150-160 target range).
