## Key Decisions

1. **Differentiation Strategy:** Created separate focused post on Kurzarbeitergeld (benefit/payment) vs. Kurzarbeit (work reduction measure). Clear differentiation with comparison table.

2. **PAA Override:** Manual override created because auto-collected PAA questions were too general (mixed Kurzarbeit general with Kurzarbeitergeld-specific). Focused on HR/benefit/payment aspect.

3. **Content Structure:** 11 H2s (vs. competitor max 22) - focused on depth over breadth. No H3s added (per CONTENT_DEPTH_GUIDELINES - case-by-case, not word-count driven).

4. **Legal Citations:** All SGB III citations (§ 95, § 96, § 99, § 104, § 105) include gesetze-im-internet.de links for accuracy.

5. **Product Mapping:** Focused on /payroll (Kurzarbeitergeld calculation/abrechnung) as primary feature.
