## Workflow Summary

Created new lexikon post "FTE (Vollzeitäquivalent): Definition, Berechnung und Anwendung" following the LEXIKON_NEW_POST_CHECKLIST workflow. Completed all phases: backup, scaffold, pipeline, PAA manual (SISTRIX off-topic), SERP analysis, content creation, validation, image generation, linking, lead capture, cluster mapping.

## Key Challenges & Solutions

### Challenge 1: PAA Quality (SISTRIX Off-Topic)

**Problem:** SISTRIX PAA returned "no result" for FTE. Generic FTE searches often return software/project-management topics rather than HR metrics.

**Solution:** Created `paa-questions-manual.json` with 15 HR-focused questions (Was ist FTE?, Wie berechnet man FTE?, FTE vs. Kopfzahl, FTE Personalplanung, etc.). Ran `collect-faq-research-data.php` to load manual PAA.

**Impact:** 11 FAQs added (one overlapping with H2 removed). Content covers all HR-relevant PAA.

### Challenge 2: Content Differentiation from Sibling Posts

**Problem:** FTE is referenced in kapazitaetsplanung, personalplanung, personalbedarfsplanung, ressourcenplanung, personalkennzahlen – need unique value.

**Solution:** Dedicated FTE post focuses on: definition, formula, calculation examples, comparison table (FTE vs. VZÄ vs. Kopfzahl vs. Mitarbeiteräquivalent). Sibling posts use FTE in context; this post is the canonical metric/calculation reference. Added H2 "FTE vs. Vollzeitäquivalent vs. VZÄ vs. Mitarbeiteräquivalent" with table.

**Impact:** Clear differentiation. FTE post = metric/calculation; siblings = application context.

### Challenge 3: Section Depth – "Wie viele FTE brauche ich?"

**Problem:** `validate-section-depth.php` flagged this H2 as thin (1 paragraph only).

**Solution:** Added second paragraph with practical Einzelhandel example (6 FTE Bedarf, Urlaub/Krankheit-Puffer, Rundung auf 7 FTE).

**Impact:** All 11 H2s pass section depth validation.
