## Overview

## Changes Implemented

### 1. Excerpt Fix (Critical)
- **Issue:** Excerpt contained wrong copy-paste: "Ordio - mehr Zeit für's Wesentliche Alles in einem Tool: Schichtplanung, Zeiterfassung, Checklisten .."
- **Fix:** Replaced with meta-aligned: "Mit Employer Branding gezielt Talente anziehen. Strategien, Beispiele und Tools zur Entwicklung einer attraktiven Arbeitgebermarke für dein Unternehmen."
- **Impact:** Correct meta for search snippets, schema, Open Graph

### 2. Meta Description (Comma)
- **Issue:** Missing comma: "Strategien Beispiele und Tools"
- **Fix:** Added comma: "Strategien, Beispiele und Tools"
- **Impact:** Improved readability and grammatical correctness

### 3. Link Attributes (data-mil)
- **Issue:** Single content link had `data-mil="1177"`
- **Fix:** Removed data-mil from mitarbeiter-motivieren link
- **Impact:** Cleaner markup per legacy attribute removal

### 4. internal_links Array Updated
- **Issue:** internal_links had 2 phantom entries (both Kunden-werben-kunden) – neither link exists in content
- **Fix:** Replaced with 1 entry matching actual content link: motiviert → /insights/ratgeber/mitarbeiter-motivieren/
- **Impact:** Per PATCHWORK_REWORK_CHECKLIST – internal_links must match content.html

### 5. secondary_keywords Populated
- **Issue:** secondary_keywords was empty
- **Fix:** Added topic-relevant terms: employer branding strategie, arbeitgebermarke, employer branding deutschland, arbeitgeberattraktivität, employer value proposition, arbeitgebermarke aufbauen
- **Impact:** Better SEO alignment with post topic

### 6. FAQ Typo Fixed
- **Issue:** "keine Luxus" (wrong gender; Luxus is masculine)
- **Fix:** "kein Luxus"
- **Impact:** Grammatical correctness

### 7. Männliche-Form Disclaimer Removed
- **Issue:** Outdated disclaimer: "Aus Gründen der besseren Lesbarkeit haben wir in diesem Blogbeitrag die männliche Form gewählt."
- **Fix:** Removed from content.html and content.text
- **Impact:** Aligns with inclusive language practices; post already uses du tone throughout

### 8. modified_date
- **Fix:** Updated to `2026-02-11T12:00:00+00:00` to reflect rework date
