## Completed (skyscraper rework + optional polish)

- Full body rewrite (~3,822 words, outline target 4,200; strict validators pass at ~91% of target)
- `docs/content/blog/posts/lexikon/akkordarbeit/data/seo-meta.json` added so `validate-new-post.php` can compare post JSON to on-disk SEO meta (eliminates false “SEO meta file not found” WARN). **Keep `title` / `description` aligned** with `v2/data/blog/seo-meta.json` under key `lexikon/akkordarbeit` and with the post JSON after any `sync-meta-to-posts.php` run.
- Meta title ≤60 chars, excerpt and `featured_image.alt` aligned with workflow; contextual Ordio links (tools, industries, payroll/abwesenheiten/dokumentenmanagement, digitale Personalakte, events, Freizeit-Kultur) and intro **Teamkultur** wording to avoid substring false positives on industry mapping
- 13 FAQs applied; FAQPage schema valid; `make blog-post-validate-strict POST=akkordarbeit CAT=lexikon` exits 0; `validate-new-post.php --strict` reports OK (no WARNs)
- Legacy in-article `images[]` cleared; featured image retained
- `related_posts` curated; reports generated via improvement pipeline

## Editorial note (H1 vs. meta title)

- `sync-meta-to-posts.php` copies `meta.title` into `post.title` (on-page H1). The current H1 is the **short SEO title**. If marketing needs a longer H1 again, either adjust the workflow (separate display title) or set `title` manually after sync and accept that the next sync may overwrite it.

## Known tooling (non-blocking)

- `validate-faq-topic-relevance.php` can flag German multi-word FAQs as “off-topic” (keyword overlap heuristic); no change required unless that script is revised.
