Document **before** finalizing secondary keywords: show how SISTRIX ideas, GSC (if live), competitors, and PAA informed the choice. Copy this file to the post folder as `KEYWORD_DECISION.md` and replace placeholders.

**Rules**

- Every **Manual** secondary must have a non-empty **Exception note** (why it is not from SISTRIX ideas/GSC/competitor list).
- **Primary** row must have a **Source** (typically SISTRIX metrics after `--primary-only` pass).
- If a candidate is rejected, you may add a short row with Selected **N** and reason in Exception note (optional but useful for audits).

## Notes

- Link to `data/keywords-sistrix.json` `last_updated` when you last refreshed SISTRIX.
- After GSC exists: re-run `derive-target-keywords.php` and reconcile this table.
- **Acronym-first legal terms (DSGVO, BDSG, …):** Primary keyword is often the **acronym** (verify with SISTRIX); title and intro still spell out the **full German name**; URL slug stays the inventory `canonical_slug` (short ASCII).
