# P0 Documentation Priorities - Action Plan

Comprehensive action plan for P0 (Critical) documentation gaps.

## Overview

This document outlines the highest priority documentation tasks that need immediate attention. These items have the highest impact on SEO, competitive positioning, and user-facing documentation.

## P0 Priority Items

### 1. Missing Direct Competitor Profiles 🔴 CRITICAL

**Status:** 12 profiles missing (out of 57 total competitors in inventory)

**Missing Competitors:**

1. ClickUp
2. Deel
3. FreshBooks
4. Lattice
5. Leapsome
6. Memtime
7. Nesto
8. Pentacode
9. Personizer
10. Sling
11. When I Work
12. Workforce.com

**Note:** Some competitors mentioned in other documents (Shiftboard, HotSchedules, Findmyshift, etc.) may be comparison page targets rather than direct competitors. Focus on the 12 missing from the main inventory first.

**Estimated Effort:** 18-24 hours (1.5-2 hours per profile)

**Impact:** High (SEO, competitive positioning, comparison pages)

### 2. High-Traffic Tool Documentation 🔴 CRITICAL

**Status:** 2 tools need documentation/enhancement

**Missing/Incomplete Tools:**

1. **Einkommensteuer-Rechner**

   - Status: Needs documentation or enhancement
   - Location: `docs/guides/tools-pages/`
   - Priority: High (high-traffic tool)

2. **Brutto-Netto-Rechner**
   - Status: Needs documentation or enhancement
   - Location: `docs/guides/tools-pages/`
   - Priority: High (high-traffic tool)

**Estimated Effort:** 4-6 hours (2-3 hours per tool)

**Impact:** High (user-facing documentation, SEO)

**Week 2:**

- Research next 6 competitors (Nesto, Pentacode, Personizer, Sling, When I Work, Workforce.com)
- Create profile files
- Update competitors inventory

### Phase 2: Tool Documentation (Week 4)

**Week 4:**

- Review Einkommensteuer-Rechner implementation
- Review Brutto-Netto-Rechner implementation
- Extract calculation logic
- Document technical details
- Create comprehensive documentation
