Prioritized list of documentation to create based on importance, traffic, and business value.

## Priority Levels

- **P0 (Critical):** High-traffic content, direct competitors, core features
- **P1 (High):** Important content, indirect competitors, key features
- **P2 (Medium):** Standard content, content competitors, supporting features
- **P3 (Low):** Low-traffic content, industry leaders, minor features

**Status:** Most tools already documented in `docs/guides/tools-pages/`

**Note:** The completeness check looks in `docs/content/tools/` but documentation exists in `docs/guides/tools-pages/`. No action needed unless we want to create content-specific documentation.

## Creation Workflow

### Step 1: Choose Priority Level

Start with P0 items, then move to P1, P2, P3.

### Step 2: Select Template

Use appropriate template from `docs/DOCUMENTATION_TEMPLATES.md`:

- Competitor profiles → Competitor Profile Template
- Product features → Product Feature Template
- Comparison pages → Comparison Page Template
- Product pages → Product Page Template
- Industry pages → Industry Page Template

### Step 3: Gather Information

- **For competitors:** Check comparison page data (`v2/data/competitors.php`)
- **For features:** Check product pages and system documentation
- **For pages:** Check existing PHP files and content

### Step 4: Create Documentation

1. Copy template
2. Fill in all sections
3. Add cross-references
4. Add to inventory files
5. Update "Last Updated" date (use `date +%Y-%m-%d`)

### Step 5: Validate

1. Run validation scripts
2. Check cross-references
3. Verify links
4. Update related documentation

### Competitor Profiles

- **P0 (20 profiles):** 2-3 hours each = 40-60 hours total
- **P1 (20 profiles):** 1-2 hours each = 20-40 hours total
- **P2 (22 profiles):** 1 hour each = 22 hours total
- **Total:** 82-122 hours

### Product Features

- **P0 (5 features):** 2-3 hours each = 10-15 hours total
- **P1 (5 features):** 1-2 hours each = 5-10 hours total
- **P2 (3 features):** 1 hour each = 3 hours total
- **Total:** 18-28 hours

### Grand Total

- **Competitors:** 82-122 hours
- **Features:** 18-28 hours
- **Total:** 100-150 hours

## Next Steps

1. **Start with P0 competitors** - Create profiles for top 20 direct competitors
2. **Create P0 features** - Document core product features
3. **Move to P1** - Continue with indirect competitors and key features
4. **Complete P2** - Finish with content competitors and supporting features
